If none of these things worked, your account may be compromised. To verify that you are not a spammer, and increase your email limit, go to the Add a phone webpage to verify your account. This could be the reason you can’t sign-in. To help reduce spam and junk mail, we limit the volume, number of recipients, and type of email that can be sent. Do you see an error message when you sign in? Try resetting Internet Explorer. Before you restart, save your work and close any apps you have open. Check the Service status to make sure the problem isn’t on our end. Make sure Caps Lock is off, passwords are case sensitive. Let’s check a few things before you rest your MSN password: When the "Deep Scan" process is completed, you are just expected to select the data- Email and click "Recover" button.If you’re having trouble signing in, or forgot your password, we can get you back into your account in a couple steps. It can be used to directly start the "Deep Scan" mode, which takes more time than the "Quick Scan" mode, but finds more lost data. There is an option "Can’t find files, use Deep Scan" located at the bottom of the software’s window. Just click the"OK" button in the pop-up window and enter the "Deep Scan" mode. Once you find your wanted data-Emails, mark them and then hit the "Recover" button to save them. Also, the 3 little icons at the upper right corner give you a choice to change the way your files are displayed. Use the "Search" as well as the "Filter" options at the top of the window to find your files faster and better. Click on each item to preview your files before recovery. "Files View" displays your scanned files by file types, while "Tree View" arranges your scanned files based on the exact file location. On the same window, from the left, you'll find the "Files View" and "Tree View" options. When it's completed, the found files are displayed on the software interface. The "Quick Scan" option takes a few seconds to finish the scanning process.
